We've been there a couple of times now and it's always delicious! My favorites are definitely the bean balls, which I always order with me. The bowls are basically without meat at first, but if you like, you can order some with it. Unfortunately, I'm always so full after a bowl that I don't really feel like eating anything sweet anymore - although I would find the sweet bowls very exciting, for example. I was able to try the brownie (I think sweet potato?) And it was really tasty!

The food is well prepared, offers variety and is really tasty. The bowls are especially worthwhile. You respond to customer complaints personally and try to satisfy the customer.

Very tasty food, good smoothies

I love it. At first I was a little skeptical. I ordered a sandwich, but after the first bite I was thrilled, with lots of nutrients and keeps me full for a long time!

Really good!!!!! It is difficult to find something super healthy to eat in downtown Bochum, but here you are in good hands if you eat healthily and consciously. So far I have found everything I tried there delicious. The selection is just amazing too.

The bulletproof coffee is worth trying. Otherwise the location is nice. You could show that self-service is more in demand and better organize the storage location for the dirty dishes. I don't think that's so nice right next to the tablets. See you next time!

This is a wonderful restaurant! Delicious and fresh. A bit tricky to find if you don't know the area. Park and walk the rest of the way. It's worth it!

Nährstoffreich is one of the most beautiful locals in Bochum with its chic decor, stylish interior, and cozy atmosphere. Furthermore, you will enjoy the tasting, healthy and the great as well as the affordable menu. The Crew is too friendly, and the service is incredible. Therefore, you will feel as if you are one of them. Once you tried, believe me, you will come back as if you fall in love😍❤️. I am glad to try new Bowls and smoothies. Really great shop. Super friendly staff. The food is without additives and mostly homemade. I always like to eat there when I'm in Bochum.

Went here for brunch. As a carnivore, I must confess that it was delicious and filling. I would like to come again.

Visually a very nice, if somewhat hidden shop. The service is good, the map good and manageable. You do not feel overwhelmed as a new customer by the variants (I have often experienced differently). The food was very tasty. For a lunch, with 10 € without a drink, the slightly more expensive option. Conclusion: I will go back and try more dishes and drinks. So an absolute recommendation.

I was well impressed to find this little oasis of healthy food, young friendly staff faces and great location in Central Bochum. This place became my regular eatery during my stay in the town. The restaurant serves bowls full of healthy ingredients - broccoli, avocado, collyflower, chickpeas, sweet potato, mango, eggs, chicken breast etc. You have readily designed bowls so you don’t have to waste time wondering what goes with what while choosing. I really enjoyed the California Bowl and the Lowe Carb Bowl - both delicious and healthy. They also do fresh juices and smoothies, coffee and healthy snacks. The founder of the restaurant is working together with his staff making sure every client is satisfied with their food. He is happy to provide advice and tips for healthy eating. Needless to say Florian is very knowledgeable and passionate about healthy eating and lifestyle. If you happen to be in Bochum and you are wondering where to eat, give the Nährstoff-Reich Superfood-Bistro a shot. I guarantee you will be making the right choice.
